A discovery occurred in 2009 that Lynnette’s attention to details, organizational skills and collaboration abilities would emerge a passion to plan events. It started with her son’s High School football team organizing summer and fall sports activities. These skills were apparent in other areas as she planned women’s church retreats, conferences, fund raisers, picnics and community events.

To earn our clients loyalty, we must listen to them, anticipate their needs and act to create trust.

enTRUST Event Management & Design Consultancy is an emerging new business endeavoring to make every event as stress free as possible for clients by organizing the details for those who just do not have time and effort, but expect a return on their investment. As a planner, we begin with an event plan that is clearly documented, measurable and realistic. Our aim is to keep pace with business and technology in order to produce first class events every time. Lynnette Coachman owner and entrepreneur consult regularly with executives from a variety of businesses, churches, and schools to help create synergistic event planning solutions.

Lynnette Coachman worked in the federal government for 24 years for the Department of Justice, U.S. Attorney’s Office Central District of California, U.S Army Corps of Engineers, Department of Defense, U.S Armed Forces, Defense Finance and Accounting Service and the Department of Transportation U.S. Coast Guard. Her positions and duties included Budget Officer, Director of Financial Operations, Budget and Resource Management, Programs and Project Management Analyst, Resource Management Planning Emergency Response, Budget Analyst, Procurement Officer and Accounting Technician. Significant contributions of her career were the development of an Emergency Response Standard Operation Procedures Manual during Hurricane Season 2004 for the South Atlantic District of the Army Corps of Engineers. This operations procedural manual was adopted by the District Engineer to enhance the financial management procedures during declared natural disasters and recovery process for rotating emergency response teams. Intended purpose was to creating continuity in highly stressful environments. Lynnette graduated from of the Army Corps of Engineers, South Pacific District Leadership Development Program. Lynnette Coachman served as the Federal Women’s Program Manager and Leader of Equal Employment Opportunities Special Emphasis Program Observances during her federal service.

Lynnette’s community involvement includes Mt. Zion Baptist Church Youth N Action, Vice President of Ontario Christian School Athletic Boosters Club, GLOBO Ministries Advisory Board, Inland Valley Empire Regional Center Developmental Disabilities Area Board 12, and Trinity Foster Agency Respite Care. Lynnette is a recipient of The President’s Volunteer Service Award under President Barrack Obama. Her professional association is with the National Association of Women Business Owners-Inland Empire.

Lynnette graduated from the University of Phoenix with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and seeks to complete her MBA.  Lynnette is actively involved in discipleship at Mt. Zion Baptist Church of Ontario California. She is the wife of a retired U.S. Coast Guard veteran, has a son and lives in Ontario, CA.
